The sandbox / practice environment may be used for evaluation and learning purposes only.  Information collected in our sandbox / practice environments is not subject to our Service Level Agreement or Backup Retention Agreement.

Data collected, however is covered by our privacy policy.  In short it is your data and we do not access it for any other purpose other than in the context of providing customer service and support.

The use of our software is covered by the remaining term of our our Master Services Agreement.
